Shipping & Delivery

Eastbluff Trading Company is proud to offer a selection of FedEx, UPS and United States Postal Service shipping options on all purchases from our website. We cover the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have ordered. We only charge for delivering the products to you and/or the recipients you designate.

               

With all orders you will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order has been shipped. On FedEx or UPS shipments you will also receive a tracking number which will allow you to track your shipment. See the map below for a general guide of the transit times in business days from the time the order is actually shipped from our warehouse.

We guarantee safe shipping on all orders. All of our products are carefully packaged to avoid breakage. If a package is received with broken or damaged merchandise, please contact us and a replacement shipment will be issued free of charge.

The following map depicts the FedEx & UPS Ground service area that is currently available and the approximate delivery times from our warehouse in Orange, California. Both FedEx and UPS Ground delivery is available Monday through Friday and Residential shipping is only available in select cities.

Allow 2-3 business days for processing, this will vary based upon stock and/or holiday shipping.

We take your Privacy and safety seriously. Your personal data will not be resold, we use it only for internal client management and to notify you about account changes and occasional promotions or new stock, we do not spam. Return Policy

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within three days of the delivery confirmation date. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding tax and shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee. All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
Ordering

All sales are final via our online ordering. We make every effort to post “Sold Out” notices for any Online Store items that are out-of-stock. In the event an item you ordered is unavailable, we will delete that item from your order, and you will not be charged for it. Please check back with our Online store or contact us for availability. On certain seasonal items such as raw beans we allow backorders to give you the opportunity to reserve your products, once they arrive in our warehouse you will be notified.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Eastbluff Trading Company accepts all credit and debit cards with a Visa, Mastercard and/or Discover logo via Paypal and Google Checkout. For wholesale orders we also accept Business checks, Bank Transfers along with credit card payments. Once you place an order we will authorize your card for order amount. Your card will be charged for the full amount of your order once we have checked stock and sent out your order. We reserve the right to change prices at anytime, for promotional purposes or inventory clearance. If you have made an order and prices change before your order ships we can not reimburse the difference. For google checkout customers please use link for ‘my cart’ and follow the link to google checkout.
Viewing Orders

Registered members can login in to the Eastbluff Trading Store at anytime to view your orders, status of shipment and leave comments.
Updating Account Information

Most of your account information can be updated once you log in. If you have any further questions regarding:

    * your name or street address is incorrectly shown on your bill

    * your name, phone number or street address has changed recently

    * your email address (that we use for eBill) has changed

    * you need to update the Tax ID Number for your business
